Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with an open terrace and shower, as example and got it upon arrival. Amazing and particularly good location very close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment and Breakfast' establishment for 4 nights and downtown in the Loop, I felt safe.

Absolutely loved my stay! The rooftop courtyard was stunning, and relaxing in the hot tub was a highlight. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the warm cookies that greeted us!

Had an amazing group getaway here! We explored Lincoln Park with its beautiful beaches and gardens, and even hit up some great dining spots like the Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory. The kitchen was a highlight, fully stocked for late-night snacks! Communication was seamless, and self check-in was super convenient. Everyone felt right at home, thanks to the cozy ambiance. Highly recommend this place!
Our room was in the basement and a bit chilly, but the host adjusted the heat. This would be my only complaint!
